TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENTS
FOR INTER-MUNICIPAL COOPERATION IN PROVISION OF SOCIAL PROTECTION SERVICES
With Swiss Government support, the Joint UN Programme "PRO - Local Governance for People and Nature" has published a public call through which it will provide technical assistance to up to 10 local self-governments from Šumadija, West, East and South Serbia to strengthen the capacities of relevant local stakeholders to establish inter-municipal cooperation in the provision of social protection services, focusing on the priorities and needs of vulnerable groups.
The implementation of activities within the technical assistance will go on for 10 months, and all costs will be borne by the Programme.
The aim of this public call is to contribute to the adoption of more efficient and effective institutional and organisational arrangements for the provision of social protection services in supported towns and municipalities.
The public call is organised through a competitive process, and the selection of beneficiaries will be done through an evaluation and ranking of the submitted applications. More on the process and criteria for the selection of beneficiaries can be found in the Public Call Description and Criteria.
